I wish to thank you for mending my broken heart, keeping my job & out of the hospital emergency room. I unwittingly thought the back up software provided with an external drive I purchased was minding the store until my 6 months new WD Sata HD died. I brought my machine to a highly respected & reputable PC repair company for help. After 30 hours on the bench, all they came up with was 8MB of trash & explained my only hope was a data recovery service that would cost me between $500 and $2,000 to ATTEMPT to recover anything more but not to get my hope up because he had already used the industries leading data recovery program in trying to bring back my lost files. I am extatic with the efectiveness and ease of use of your product. After attempting to set up a RAID 1 array on our computer store server while upgrading hardware (new CPU & MoBo), both hd dissapeared from windows. There is something really wrong with those hard drives since Windows XP boot up slows down whenever they are connected. I have to connect them to the SATA ports only after XP is on. We tried other recovery programs but they would only see files that had been deleted and with wrong filenames, they could not detect the healthy files from the array. PDR succesfully recovered all the healthy files from the array, previewing them after one pass of the advanced recovery function, along with file name and complete directory structure. This saved me since I was about to render the info lost and the hard drives useless. I had backed-up none of the 250Gb of info on the mirrored drives but only the esential data, which was the DB for the POS software and accounting and sales worksheets. The rest of the data which was historical reports and scaned documents could have been lost. I called a HD recovery service here in Mexico and they quoted me USD$50 for diagnosis and eventual recovery that could go from USD$500 to $2500.

Hello, I just wanted to say many thanks. by using Power CD DVD Recovery v2.1.1 I could recover my lost file from Old CD (more than 20 years) the size of back data was 660 MB the recovery time continue 7 days no stop but in the end all data is recovered 100% no lose.(important things the value of recovered data equal 10'000'000 $ dollar us ). When installing Windows Vista I deleted the partition on the disk, created a new one and formatted it twice in order to get a very clean new installation. As soon as the installation finished we realized all information stored in Outlook 2007(outlook.pst) was "gone". Two years of customer contacts, quotes, etc. were LOST !!!! After hours of reading about recovery software in the internet we choose Power Data Recovery. Hi, unknowingly i formatted my External hard disk. But the Power data recovery tool recovered my complete data of around 120GB within some hours. Thanks for the team who developed this great product. Wow!!! i have tried to wipe my hard drive with several soft wares using multiple algorithms only to find that your package could recover it. I guess i am not sure if this is a curse or a blessing ;) but i think you should develop a deletion program that even YOU cannot recover. You guys did a great job!!

To whom it may concern,
I lost all my data, from my hard drive and my back-up external drive. I sent the external in for data recovery - to "experts" - whom after almost three days, had no cure, no data. Some said there is nothing usable.

Desperateness made me surf the internet for data recovery. The first and second program I downloaded, ran, and bought because it claimed to have found data, lead to nothing but unknown, unusable and empty files.

Then I downloaded Power Data Recovery. If only I knew about it, I would have done so as the first step. I recovered files, what seems to be all of it, hassle free, in the format I had it, in perfect health. It is impossible to say how much I have recovered, but it is more than 70gig. I can not identify any missing files - at this point - either. But the speed of, the user-friendliness of, and logical operation is applauded as well.

Dear Sirs, I don't want you to give out any of my personal information. I do want other people who are considering your product to know that it works well. I had my data on a raid set with complete copies of my information stored two discs. When my raid crashed, I tried to restore it and accidently pushed a wrong button. I then had to reinstall my operating system. Because raid has been such a problem, I reinstalled Windows, in a standard, non-raid setting, in its own partition. When I was finished, Windows wouldn't recognize the information on the rest of my hard drives. I had to reset the partitions to get windows to acknowledge them, but it still wouldn't see my files. I used a trial version of a competitor first. Their program told me that I had lost allmost all of my data including my pictures. Your trial program worked well, so I bought it. I now have all my files back in good working order. My pictures are OK. Thank you.

Just sending a message to praise your Power Data Recovery application.

I run a small home recording studio and made the horrible mistake of only keeping one copy of all the projects of my own, and most importantly: the bands I work with.

After a very short fall to the floor my external drive was showing as unreadable in windows. Other dos based software let me see that the partition still existed somehow, but I was unable to recover any data.

I am in the process of recovering just the one folder which is most important to me right now and your program worked like a charm- you have no idea what a relief this is. As a student I don't have the money to send my drive off to a data recovery service.
